My journey into financial consulting didn’t begin in a boardroom—it began in the Real world of Entrepreneurship, Real Estate, and Rebuilding through Experience.
In 2014, I started my real estate business, flipping houses, purchasing rental properties, and growing a remodeling company from the ground up.
Through hard work, resilience, and determination, I built a successful remodeling and real estate business organically.
But the journey wasn’t always easy.
Along the way I learned:

• How to create sustainable wealth through smart decisions
And most importantly, I learned how powerful Financial Education and Mentorship can be.

I began guiding women and new investors who wanted to enter real estate but didn’t know where to start. Also, providing insights into financial solutions like Life Insurance, Annuities, Retirement Planning, Wealth Building, and creating a lasting Legacy for their families. Seeing others succeed became my greatest reward.

Catrina South is a powerhouse of Resilience, Heart, and Purpose— a devoted Wife and Mother, Mompreneur, Compassionate Advocate, Financial Educator, and Author who empowers others to thrive, even through life’s toughest storms.
She has been an entrepreneur since the age of 20 and understands the challenges that small businesses face every day. Catrina also knows from personal experience how devastating the loss of a loved one can be, coupled with having to settle their affairs without financial resources or even life insurance to help during such a difficult time.
Licensed in Project Management and Life & Health, she uses her vast experience and passion for business to help everyone gain financial success. Catrina knows first-hand how the financial service industry has failed individuals, businesses and business owners. She continues to research and develop strong strategies for personal health and financial success.

With over 20 years of Business Ownership and Management experience, Catrina built her dream salon from the ground up in a fiercely competitive market. She was quickly recognized as a leader in her field and a trusted voice in her community. But life brought big changes—Marriage, Five children, Divorce—and eventually, she made the courageous decision to sell her successful business in exchange for something more valuable: Time to focus on her Children, her Health, and a New Path Forward.
